Role: Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern, you will be instrumental in driving Venture Education's initiatives, especially in the realm of foreign-passport holder schools in China. This internship offers a dynamic blend of research, strategy, and practical implementation in the field of educational consultancy.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Support

   • Support projects to help foreign-passport holder schools in China.

   • Organize, create, and administer tasks, information, and documents related to projects

   • Create and administer surveys, conduct interviews, and write reports.

   • Develop launch plans and execute global PR strategies.

2. Research & Market Intelligence:

   • Support in generating ideas and conducting desk research.

   • Assist in creating surveys and copyediting.

   • Contribute to research projects with relevant findings and insights.

3. Venture Events:

   • Provide logistical support for signature Venture events.

   • Engage in communications and operational tasks to maximize event impact.

4. Supporting Duties:

   • Supporting other departments in requested and approved work

 

Key Requirements:

• Native or near-native English speaker with excellent written skills.

• Strong attention to detail in writing, proofreading, and copy-editing.

• Quick learner with the ability to research and assimilate new subjects.

• Ownership of projects and delivery of high-quality outcomes.

• Efficient planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

• Capability to read, digest, and summarize extensive information.

 

Preferred Attributes:

• Chinese language proficiency.

• Experience in the China and/or UK education sector.

• Previous research or internship experience.

• Problem-solving mindset.

• Passion for reading, writing, and researching.

Details:

• Reporting to: Research Lead

• Period: Flexible, subject to discussion

• Salary: 150rmb per working day

• Location: Baifu International Building, Dongdaqiao Subway Station, Beijing
