Marketing, Admissions & Communications Liaison

Job Summary

Responsible for communication between the school and parents and the related community. Actively promotes the school in the related community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reaches out to prospective students, parents and companies, and build up prospective student network in the related community.

  • Secures students for the school.

  • Assists incoming students in registration and transition to the school life.

  • Liaises between school and parents in school events and parent meetings.

  • Advises proactively school administration on cultural issues.

  • Serves as a translator in both oral and written forms.

  • Carries out other duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.    

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Has a Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, communications or other related degree.

  • Has at least six years of working experience in the related field.

  • Has good coordinating and communicating skills.

  • Demonstrates strong level of initiative.

  • Is experienced in relating to people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Has good command of English and Chinese for national staff, as well as the language needed.
