Group Events Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced events professional to support the planning and execution of the group-wide EiM Worldwise Events programme, to support the development of relevant event marketing and communications strategies and regular content creation, to manage existing partnerships and provide administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
Event Management
• Be responsible, with the Head of Events and Partnerships, for the planning and implementation of group-wide events and projects including offline and online festivals, conferences, master classes, workshops etc.
• End-to-end event management including planning, logistics, budgeting, managing timetables, liaising with vendors, venue management, merchandise production and post-event evaluation
• On-site event support and coordination
• Manage group wide events calendar
• Daily communication with third party providers and schools
• Build effective internal relationships and profile for the Worldwise Events programme across relevant departments and regions
• Reporting on progress of projects to all stakeholders on regular basis; continually measure the operation processes; provide regular updates
• Manage post-event surveys and evaluation process
• Documentation and administration as needed
Event marketing and communications
• Support the development and implementation of a group-wide event marketing and communications strategy including content calendar, producing pre- and post-event content and collaterals including posters, videos, social media articles etc.
• Act as liaison with internal and external vendors
Partnerships
• Liaise with existing educational partners and practitioners

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Event or Marketing Management or relevant field
• At least 3 years’ experience of managing events of various scale in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral and written
• Able to travel and work on weekends as needed
