Dulwich College Beijing is seeking a Communications Manager to support the planning and execution of the College communications strategy. Building on the positive reputation and brand awareness of Dulwich College Beijing, the role will support the College to create communication contents and promote the strengths, values and culture of the College. The person will be responsible of creating and landing inspiring stories, delivering voices of DCB community members, and driving healthy external and internal community engagement.

5+ years of work experience in communications or journalism
Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, including high standards of written communication, knowledge of Mandarin and written Chinese would be a plus
A degree qualification, ideally in a related discipline
Ability to recognise communication opportunities
A drive to take ownership for projects and tasks, prioritising and scheduling own work to ensure deadlines are met
Commitment to high quality and attention to detail
A preference to work and achieve results as a team and a positive attitude about helping team members
